He ate just fine the first 2 weeks we had him, but then he slowly started to refuse food.. I don't know what went wrong.
He's not old at all, really tiny, and I've been feeding him mealworms, fish (neon tetra), crickets and baby !!!!roaches. He's still too small for mouse pinkies, so I haven't tried that yet. He seems to not be too fond of !!!!roaches, so he's been mainly eating mealworms and crickets.
He lives in a 30x30x30cm terrarium, the bottom is moist, clean dirt, the top is covered with a layer of moss. He has a little pool with shallow water which I clean every day. The temperatures is about 28 Celsius (about 82,5 fahrenheit) during the day, drops to about 23 (about 73) at night.
And he completely refuses to eat things that has calcium on it..
What am I doing wrong? Why won't my pacman frog eat? D:

I've never heard of a pac-man not eating--mine would try to eat my fingers! Have you checked his fecals for parasites? Has he pooped while you've had him? If not try soaking him in warm water for a bit; that tends to help. Set up sounds appropriate.

Have you tryed putting a cricket in front of his face?

Hm, I haven't really seen any poop, since I don't really know what to look after, haha. Never seen frog-poo before. o.O Is it similar to gecko-poo? I'll try and scan the terrarium for it.
I've always fed him with putting food right in front of his mouth. :/ At the start he swallowed everything that came near, then he started to refuse food by first opening his mouth for the food, and then trying to pick the food out of his mouth again with his feet. He did this especially with the roaches, didn't seem too fond of them... And now he's stopped eating completely for about 1 week. I haven't tried fish during this week, so I'm gonna go and get some for him today and see if they might suit his appetite better.
I've had him since 9th May.

thier poop is pretty obvious, so if you haven't seen it it might not be there. It looks like...well, normal poop. So try soaking him in lukewarm (dechlorinated) water for an hour or two. At the same time, one week isn't a big deal, they can go longer than that with no ill effects. I'd think about a vet visit, but getting one that treats amphibians is a PITA.

Aight, I did as you said, I put him in lukewarm water, and within 1 hour I saw a light-colored object floating around in the water.. I guess that was poo. D:
I don't know if he was constipated or not, but after that white thingy came out, he went straight on eating 4 small crickets and 1 mealworm without problems.
So maybe he was constipated? o.O Either way, thanks for the advice, he seems to have his appetite back again and hopefully he'll keep on eating in the future to come. :)

try feeding your horned frog a live mouse pinkie ,it can handle it for sure ,i never had a problem with a horned frog eating live pinkie mice . if it fits in the frog mouth or the frog can overpower it its dinner time for the frog . horned frogs are the burmese, and reticulated pythons of the frog world they overpower prey and if its mouth will fit it in they eat it and grow like crazy.

I have had an albino pac-man for 3 years and he ate mostly small minnows offered from forceps in the beginning. If I couldn't find small ones, he ate the front half of bigger ones. I tried powdered vitamins that he refused!!! Have you ever tasted that ####? The goal would be whatever whole f/k food items with bones that he will take. Have fun. NO LIVE MICE!!!

I would stay away from baby roaches, not of your frogs sake but for yours. accidently drop 2 on the ground and you might have a big problem.
