hey i got a baby jungle carpet. Hes a beauti eating fine good colors i love the little guy. But for some reason he seems to hate me. lol i have hurd from a few people that if you baby jungle isnt a bit snappy its a sighn he may not be healthy. I hold him everyday carefully but seems like no matter how much he keeps snapping at everything.. i have gotten to the point were i can CAREFULLY and wen i say that i mean CAREFULLY take him out and hold him without getting tagged. :kll: but he will still snap at any passing object or maby a shadow or 2. :( but i have also hurd that this gets better as they grow older and as adults there pretty docile and not all that agressive. i am wondering weather this is true or not and is there anything i can do to speed the process so this guy dosent chew my hand off. thanks a bunch

Yes, many of them do grow out of it.
As for speeding up the process, this is what I did. Some might not agree with it or think it's stupid, but it worked like a CHARM for me. I had a little nipper at first, but was able to settle him down very quickly. Basically, what I did, was take him out, and let him bite me. I wouldn't do anything to provoke him, but I would let him bite me, but NOT put him back. He might bite numerous times, but I kept at it. After some time, then I would put him back. I did this every other day for a bit-then one day, his bites turned into "head butts". Those turned into halfway-head butts. Eventually, he quit all of it.
That's what worked for me. No gloves or anything, just a few little pin-pricks on my hands. Now he's an angel :p

I have to copy and paste my pictures. My camera takes to big of picture. So I put my pictures in a photo bucket.
But, most people just click on the browser then go to their pictures and double click on the picture you want to post. Hope this helps.
Don't feel bad,,, I had a hard to getting the hang of it ;)

Maybe someone else can explain an easier way
