Shipping
General Information
All Live Animal shipments will be packaged according to the IATA guidelines. We will use either heat packs or ice packs depending on the weather conditions to ensure that your order will arrive Live and in good condition. We will guarantee Live Arrival with all appropriate shipping options providing that the address information that we are given on the form below is correct and that someone is at the address to receive the shipment or picks the shipment up from the airport within 4 hours of arrival. Be sure to read the TERMS for complete information.
Shipping Options for domestic US customers
Air Cargo Service
This service is an Airport to Airport Service and is usually a same day service. Cost:$90.00
Overnight Door to Door Service
Shipping and Handling Cost: $55.00
Your Live Animal shipment will be delivered directly to your door sometime before noon on your scheduled shipping date. This service must be prepaid at the time the rest of the order is paid for.
Shipping Options for Export Customers
We welcome international orders! We are familiar with export procedures and there is no charge for CITES paperwork. CITES permits are now immediate and we are shipping export orders weekly.
Shows
We will be bring animals to all of the Hamm shows and most of the Houten shows. We will also schedule delivery dates in some other countries like the UK. Please email to check if we will be in your country.
Prices
There are Pricelists available at both websites above. Click the picture to go to the site. We will sell animals to you for the prices listed there. The prices are only valid for pre-orders. Prices will be higher at the show.
Availability
We have most of the animals on the pricelist available now. This changes daily so email for current availability. The only way to guarantee that you will receive the animals that you are looking for is to pre-order.
Pre-Orders
Customers placing orders and paying for purchases before the show will be offered a substantial discount.
Early receipt of orders allows us to plan shipments, process permits and ensure availability of the animals. The percentage of discount will vary slightly with changes in the exchange rate but at this time approximates 35%. For example an animal that sells for 100 euro at the show can be purchased in advance for $100.
There will be no additional costs. We will pay all taxes and transport costs. When payment is received and email confirmation will be sent. Print this confirmation and bring it to the show to receive your order. CITES documentation will be provided and microchip identification is available, if requested, for an additional charge. We attend all major European show and look forward to doing business with you.
