General Information

All Live Animal shipments will be packaged according to the IATA guidelines. We will use either heat packs or ice packs depending on the weather conditions to ensure that your order will arrive Live and in good condition. We will guarantee Live Arrival with all appropriate shipping options providing that the address information that we are given on the form below is correct and that someone is at the address to receive the shipment or picks the shipment up from the airport within 4 hours of arrival. Be sure to read the TERMS for complete information.

Shipping Options

Air Cargo Service

This service is an Airport to Airport Service and is usually a same day service. This shipping option must be chosen if the order is over $500. Orders under $500 may choose this option, but it is not required.

Delta Dash

Orders of $750 or Less

Shipping and Handling Cost: $75.00

Delta Dash is the service for any order of $750 or less. This service must be prepaid and should be paid for with the order.

Delta Priority First

Orders over $750

Cost: Depends on Insured Value-Usually between $75.00-$90.00

Delta Priority First is the only service option for any order over $750. The shipment will be sent Air Freight Collect and you will pay the shipping when your order is picked up from the airport.

Overnight Door to Door Service

Shipping and Handling Cost: $45.00

This service is available for any order of $500 or less. Your Live Animal shipment will be delivered directly to your door sometime before noon on your scheduled shipping date. This service must be prepaid at the time the rest of the order is paid for.

Fill out the airport information if you want to use the Air Cargo Service. If you choose the door to door service, leave this blank.

Overnight Door to Door Shipping Information

This will be the Physical address where you would like your LIVE ANIMAL order to be shipped. If you are choosing the overnight shipping option, it is very important that you fill this out completely and accurately. Also you must plan the be at this address to receive the shipment on the morning of the scheduled shipment date. This will be the address that we put on the Air Bill. We cannot be responsible for any mistakes here. If there is a wrong address, apartment number, zip code etc., the Live Arrival guarantee will be void.
