Sales or Information: (405)424-8800 Live Arrival Guarantee All animals are guaranteed to be live, in good condition and correctly sexed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will replace any animal for the cost of the return freight if notified within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot offer any cash refund, exchange only. All prices are for individual animals.* When your purchase is made please fill out the Deposits We will accept a 20% deposit to reserve any animals that are not yet available. This deposit is non-refundable unless we are unable to supply the animals. If we are unable to produce the animal, we will gladly refund this deposit. International Orders ($1000 minimum) We welcome international orders! We are familiar with export procedures and there is no charge for CITES paperwork. A 50% deposit is required to apply for export permits. When the permits are issued, we will request that the balance be paid and we will ship the order. Payment Options
Payment is required in advance by wire transfer, check, money order, or credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Sometimes we can offer payment plans on certain animals. Usually, this is done by paying a deposit of 20% down, the care card for the animal is marked with your name. We will then care for your animal until it is paid for. You can send whatever amount that you can afford every month, but the monthly amount should be agreed upon in advance of setting up the payment plan. When the account is paid in full, we will ship the animal. Note: Please be sure that you intend to purchase the animal before entering into a payment agreement. Any payments made are non-refundable. We can offer a credit for payments made to be applied to other animals in the event that you are unable to fulfill your commitment. *Note: The Live Arrival guarantee is VOID if we are provided incomplete or erroneous shipping information. Remember these are live animals, please be thorough and provide us with complete and correct shipping information so that your shipment will arrive at the scheduled time. |
